Dear Homeowner:
THANK YOU FOR YOUR INQUIRY TO WOODY’S LANDSCAPE - Voted Denton County’s #1 Lawn Maintenance service for 8 consecutive years! It is advised you read all forms carefully.
You will have a specific day for mowing (listed on your enclosed Lawn Maintenance Agreement under “Scheduled Service Day”.) Please be advised that should inclement weather (i.e., rainy days) occur on your specific mowing day, Woody’s will attempt to resume service the following day. If however, this is not possible, your service will resume on your next regular service day. Should your lawn have excessive growth during this period, additional charges will occur.
Also, in the event you need to postpone or change your weekly service in any way, we will need at least 24 hours notice. If no notice is given to postpone or cancel service, a $15.00 trip charge will be incurred. Permanent cancellation of services must be in writing
Your cost per trip (weekly) for lawn maintenance (listed on your enclosed Lawn Maintenance Agreement under “Basic Service Rate”), will be billed on a monthly basis. Woody’s is pleased to continue our Referral Program. This program is designed to give you free maintenance days for referring your neighbors and/or businesses in the immediate area who sign up for our seasonal services.
Below is the Lawn Maintenance Agreement and a Service Agreement which we need you to fill out online. It is necessary to complete the payment form along with the Lawn Maintenance Agreement and Service Agreement. We will be unable to begin service without all 3 documents completed and in our files.
