2008 REALTOR GUARANTEE LETTER

Beginning January 1, 2005, Woody's Landscape will require a guarantee letter from all real estate offices requesting our services for clients. We regret this action however, confusion concerning payment for these services has become an issue and we feel this is an equitable way for resolution.
