All service calls are done based on time and materials.  This allows the customer to have the work performed properly and effectively, without our irrigation technician attempting to do as little as possible due to a previously provided estimate that does not cover all the problems.  The majority of irrigation repairs are underground; therefore, the problems are not readily visible, making it difficult to provide an estimate.  Any estimate is just a guess at best since neither customer nor service technician can see underground.  We charge an hourly rate of $85.00 an hour for the licensed irrigator (with a minimum one hour charge), $25.00 an hour for each assistant, including a charge of $0.60 per mile (based on Mapquest milage) from our office in Lake Dallas to your home or business, plus the cost of any parts used in the repair.  Our irrigation specialist will perform a full system check to make sure that there are no other possible problems at other stations that could be affecting the initial station problem.  Our irrigation technician is licensed by the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality. Unlike your routine lawn maintenance, payments for irrigation services are due at the time of service, and will not be billed.
